Before, it seemed like these F seats would be released to U at some random point in the "within 24 hour" period, and be given to the first x people who clicked on the "upgrade to 1st class" link. I'm hoping they are now not going to let that happen...

Tomorrow I'm headed to BZN via PDX/SEA.

Trying to decide if I need to watch the inventory like crazy tonight...or just trust that the process now works correctly and I will get the upgrade if I am near the top of the list...
