Can anyone confirm the actual situation for me? Flying this leg AC code share on LH to Frankfurt.

Cheers,
I flew this in economy April 2010, I can confirm that they do give you a lounge pass to the Lounge "Sala I Mosaici" contract lounge as a *G. But keep in mind that if you have an early morning flight, the lounge is closed and doesn't open prior to the early flight. I was only LH3853 (630am departure) and so didn't get to enjoy the lounge.

Also something I didn't notice until I arrived back in the states was that the back of the lounge pass says it can also be used as a 10euro voucher for the Chef Express restaurant in Area B and 20% discount on any excess over that. For us Area B wasn't exactly close, but since we had arrived early we would have had time to head over there, grab something, and head back.
