Was priority boarding offered (if applicable to your status) and efficient? Yes. Not efficient at all as the whole plane seemed to line up when the first peep of the flight number was announced (boarding didn't start until 5+ min after this happened). To the credit of the GAs they did do their best to filter the non-priority boarders out after the first boarding announcement, but most families with small children simply stayed in their place in line instead of heading to the front of it.

Were the crew professional & well groomed? Yes

Was the IFE activated on the ground? Yes, although it didn't work for the safety demo and that had to be done by the FAs.
Was a pre-departure beverage offered on the ground? Yes, water/OJ
Did crew offer to hang your jacket? N/A but did find another passengers jacket folded in the bin and removed, asked if they'd like it in the closet and proceeded to hang.
Were newspapers & menus distributed and meal orders taken (Please specify when meal orders were taken - on the ground or in the air)? On ground: Newspapers. In air: Meal order taken by status. The SD apologized that they hadn't been provided menus for the flight and read me a succinct, yet adequately detailed description of the new menu offerings.
Did crew offer a hot towel prior to the meal service? Yes

Good flight. Nice to have the refreshing change of a new menu. IFE acted up and needed rebooting which is always baffling and frustrating....although the map worked on this aircraft.
