I confess that, having stayed at a number of the properties, my personal favorite is CH, which is in the historic former London city hall, and directly on the banks of the Thames, across from Parliament and Big Ben. If you're a first or second time tourist to London, this is, in many respects, an ideal location. And yes, the rooms overlooking the Thames have spectacular views. I know that it's possible to find fancier rooms and a better concierge lounge elsewhere in London and the world, but nowhere else will you get the thrilling views as from CH (and the extra added audio from Big Ben.)
