Was check in quick and efficient? Check in at J counter. Quick and efficient. Checked the ID of my kids too.
Did you use the Maple Leaf lounge and if so, any feedback in regards to service, food and drinks? Got in around 2100hr. Fairly quite. Everything as expected. Had a shower (my first time). Toronto was HOT.
Was priority boarding offered (if applicable to your status) and efficient? Yes. Yes. Agent from Y line stopped her line and check us in.

Were the crew professional & well groomed? Yes
If there was a delay, were you provided with timely updates? N/A
Was the IFE activated on the ground? No. Turned on about 20 minutes after take off.
Approximately how long after take off did it take for the first meal service/Onboard cafe to begin? 1.5 hour after take off, FA start selling food. Drink cart follows 10 minutes later. Delay due to turbulence.
How was the quality of the meal/Onboard cafe? Same old. Same old.
Did the cabin crew offer water regularly throughout the flight? Yes

Got op up, thank you very much. I gave the J seat to my wife. Map function in my Y seat was NOT working. FA not selling wraps/sandwich, only snacks, at the end of the nearly 5 hours flight when I was really hungry (about 7 hours after my last meal). My priority tagged luggages came out first at YVR.
