BTW, I just called the Plat line about an RI stay in Abilene, TX on Monday night. The agent had no issues or problems calling the hotel to see if I could get a complementary 2 bedroom suite upgrade.
(Unfortunately, they only have one left and they wouldn't guarantee it. But the manager did say that if it was still there on Sunday when we check in, it was ours. ^ )
