One first officer no-showed. Relief pilot stuck in traffic. 2+ hour delay, mostly with pax on plane at E17. Rest of crew perilously close to timing out.
Trying to get to BKK. DM SMS protected me on continuation leg to SIN and onernight transit to SQ to BKK. ^^

Update: pilot just showed up. Looks like we can go with this crew. I hope. Snafu, but at least SMS took care of me.
Now waiting for, operational approval of the existing crew, which we've been awaiting for over 15 minutes. Not sure if that means FAA or what, but if we get a no-go, there'll be a lot of very unhappy pax.
