Just wanted to say I finally seem to have gotten my problem escalated and they say it should be posted in a weeks time. Definitely not believing what they're saying. I'll keep you posted but, for now has anybody else used this promotion and had a hard time getting the miles posted.

Did you finally get your miles? I'm 6 months past and have been exchanging emails with their customer service...still no AA miles. And they tried to say that the offer was for 7500 AA miles - I'm glad I saved the email stating the offer was for 10,000 miles.
I'll escalate up the chain as done by the previous poster if the issue is not resolved soon.
