jmlsan, we hate creeping delays as much as you do, and I'm sorry we haven't been able to offer more details about when our reciprocal Elite upgrade and seating benefits will take effect. I can assure you this is a top IT priority at both carriers, and most importantly, we want to get it right. More details will be coming soon.
