AA appears to be fighting for the JFK to LAX/SFO customers
against VX/B6/UA/DL by offering 3x miles.
But they decided NOT to fight for the BOS to LAX/SFO business
against VX/UA/B6. Instead they are just droping BOS-SFO and BOS-LAX in the future is a ?.
AA should offer the same 3x deal on all Transcon's to maintain the business.
