20 seats out of 24 open in F with one to go
Unfortunately I used the miles and $600 copay to upgrade my fiance and I on the way out from LAX to Maui. It looks like I may have had a good chance to get upgraded as a 1P without miles or the copay.

Am I on the hook for the copay and miles even if I would have been UDUd?
