You can add unlimited US long-distance for $10 a month on Wind Mobile in Canada - the same on Rogers (which makes Sprint look like the pinnacle of customer service) is $35. Wind also offers unlimited calling between Wind customers. That might be the closest you come.

Although some complain about Wind coverage, I never venture too far afield in Calgary so it hasn't been an issue.
