UA have cancelled the MEM-ORD flight. The ICC are offering an earlier flight, which leaves us with a wait of 5 hours in ORD.
It's hardly connection hell! With all the airport faff, the kicking-your-heels waiting time will be three hours or so. Set that against the hassle of arranging new flights and you might feel better about sticking with the flights offered.
