If the pregnant woman had asked me personally to switch seats, and if she had a reasonable and persuasive explanation for needing a window seat, I probably would have granted the request.

The simple fact of pregnancy is not persuasive. The lounge attendant's behavior on the woman's behalf was way out of line.
