Before calling, I would suggest you do a little research on the Star Alliance timetable website to understand the alternative carriers and schedules. In particular, will an alternative routing offer First class Transatlantic ? Most won't. Are you willing to downgrade from F for the sake of a 5 hour connection at ORD ?
