Hi, a bit of a call for help here.

I have 2 tickets in First and 2 in Economy for MEM-MAN in October (redemption tickets).

UA have cancelled the MEM-ORD flight. The ICC are offering an earlier flight, which leaves us with a wait of 5 hours in ORD.

Obviously I'm not happy with this, but my problem is that the ICC are refusing to look at alternative routes. They just refuse to accept that 5 hours is an unacceptable wait. I'm happy with anything that gets me MEM-MAN with reasonable connections.

Is there any way to speak on the phone with someone who has the authority and knowledge to actually help?
