Checking at the various UDU windows is a good idea. Surely some 1Ks will clear the flight, and the E+ seats they were in should open up.. However, remember that even if 16 seats are open on the seatmap, that doesn't mean that F has 16 seats. Half of the people in F might not have seat assignments..
