Fingers crossed for
sister #2, flying CAK-PHL-ISP on US tomorrow afternoon, and
tjtenor4, flying IAD-CLE-LGA on CO tomorrow night. Thankfully, neither of them is on a tight schedule, and if either gets stuck in the layover city overnight, they can have my parents or me to the rescue.
Sister #1 is going LGA-STL on AA tonight and really can't afford to be delayed (the flight is to be followed by a multi-hour drive), but I think she'll be OK.

I definitely wouldn't consider my job a "physically active" one, but I am very thankful at least that it doesn't entirely consist of sitting at a desk/computer all day.

Interesting. I actually liked the look of the previous nano, too (though you're right, it'll be nice to have the clip). I've been thinking about replacing my FIRST generation nano, but it's pretty low on the priority list. Maybe some now-obsolete ones in good condition will show up on ebay for cheap.

Agreed. I collapsed in pain almost 2 years after my accident - completely inexplicably - and eventually they figured out that I had a disc bulge between two of my lowermost vertebrae due to the force of the collision (the car hit
me, not my car - I was outside it at the time). The spine is a very weird thing.

tjtenor4's most significant ex before he did, and we've always been friends. She was also in the choir in which he and I originally met, and as such is at least a strong possibility for the wedding guest list, depending on family numbers (and I think that was my idea originally...)
