x. One more day of high pressure and hot temps and then things are supposed to cool down here in NoVA.
In other news, watching people who have never lived away from this part of the country deal with a hurricane wandering by is fun.
I was at work in NY state when hurricane Gloria hit in '85. It was pretty impressive watching the trees fall all around the building (closing work was never an option)
