I don't want to thread jack, but I can't find a current thread that this would fit in.

I'm trying to book a room for a Saturday night with Rewards Points. Online, the hotel shows "No Availability." However, if I book 2 nights, like a Friday/Saturday or a Saturday/Sunday or even just Friday night, it shows availability for Rewards points.

I have called the hotel directly and they said that they have 40 rooms available on the Saturday in question. But when I call PCR, they will not book because they tell me that there is no availability for any room rates.

Can someone help out or give me some tips to work around this mess.
