Well considering the AAIB report states
1 The airport authority had not installed any taxiway or holding point signs on the airfield.
I'm not suprised this hadn't happened before to someone else.
Even with ground charts, if you're at an unfamiliar airport its going to be tricky. It's like asking you to drive from London to Glasgow for the first time with only a map, the twist being there are no road signs to help you!
