Hey dear FTs!

I'm working on an interesting itinerary where one of the legs is RUH->MXP. We need to departure from RUH at the strange hour (re local customs) at ~4PM to get to MXP same day (even middle of the night). We are trying to avoid red-eye flight (LH, LX), because we have a pretty important biz meeting at 11am next day - can not miss it.

I have never travelled EgyptAir, so I'm wondering what are your thoughts around delays and how would the connection work in Cairo (we have 4 hours)? I know some bad stories from Sharm-El-Sheikh airport, but I guess that is a different case.
