Checked in Saturday - no upgrades available. I was offered WiFi but as I had no laptop thar was of no use. Promised the 1000 points but they didn't post.
The Lounge was jammed Saturday night - standing room only - no plates, glasses or food at 18:15! Sunday night was quieter but the Lounge had been used by some business people as their office all day and into the eveining so again only a few seats.
I have stayed here quite a few times before and this was definitely my worst stay.
