So, TSO_LAS, can you provide me with a heads up on what to expect when I fly Monday out of the First class line at the D gates?

I travel with a CPAP, distilled water for the CPAP and cannot remove my shoes due to a medical condition. I am patted down each time I fly. Will it now include a crotch grab?
