5th pod limits:
Operational limits are unchanged except for the following.
(a) Maximum airspeed limit VMO = 330 KIAS, MMO = 0.85 Mach, but as severe buffet may be encountered
at speeds above M.78, it is recommended that speed be restricted to M.78.
(b) Severe Turbulent Air Penetration Airspeed should be approximately 300 kts or 0.78 Mach, whichever is
lower.

No real limit on the altitude other than that imposed by the slow .78 cruise number.

Stall, Vspeed, and approach numbers change by about 3 knots.
