the 757 bulkheads are available to elites in advance. however, i found out on monday that they'll release a seatblock on the seat next to you in 9BC or 9DE if someone else asks for a bulkhead, even when the flight is *wide* open--so wide open that the guy in 9B ended up moving to an empty row of three seats, and i moved back to 10D for a while because 9C was missing the power port. :-(
