Ran to the priority line as I was late and boarding had already began
Onboard - J cabin:
Cabin crew appeared professional and well groomed
Pre departure OJ or water was offered (2x actually)
IFE was not active till in the air
Crew did not offer to hang my jacket (waited this time, they appeared oblivious inspite of it literally being in my hands)
Newspapers were distributed, no menus
Orders were taken by status on the ground.
Hot towel was offered after the bowl of nuts + first drink
Meal service (save cookies and ice cream) were cleared by around 1.5 hrs into service
No continuous top up of bev
Chose the beef - big mistake. I know my way around a kitchen, why would AC select cuts that aren't "forgiving" to over cooking? Most cheap cuts /w lots of connective tissue can be stewed / braised etc for long periods of time, and are quite forgiving in these situations. Instead, we get shoe leather for beef
