I would say that SkyCaps are analogous to Porters, and would tip accordingly.
That link isn't completely accurate. Tipping isn't customary nor expected in several of the countries where it lists 10%.
What it should say is simply, "If you are an American, tip everywhere but Asia. If you are visiting America, tip like you are an American." Only in the US does someone expect you to fork over your own cash for a job they are already being paid for.
