I agree 100% the CBP process is awful. I went thru a couple of months ago after taking the flight from HK. It took nearly two hours and I missed my connection. After that I didn't even enjoy the "fabulous" SC, which isn't really that great IMO self service bars and all I'll take the zoo that is ATL - at least I am home!
