Was check in quick and efficient? Yes, OLCI at 24 hrs out, no wait at SNA to get boarding passes printed
Did you use priority security (if eligible) and if so, was it quick and efficient? Yes, priority security offered at SNA, made line shorter but security itself was on the slow side
Did you use the Maple Leaf lounge and if so, any feedback in regards to service, food and drinks? No, UA RCC, substandard compared to MLL, but nice break from the concourse
Was priority boarding offered (if applicable to your status) and efficient? Yes, but GA immediately called general boarding so one had to be quick or already in line to make the priority boarding
If there was a delay, did the gate agent provide timely updates? N/A

Onboard - J cabin:
Were the crew professional & well groomed? Yes, this is something that I have consistently noticed as being said on this thread. I think the AC FA's are very professional looking with their uniforms & accessories.

Was the IFE activated on the ground? Yes
Was a pre-departure beverage offered on the ground? Yes, water and/or orange juice
Did crew offer to hang your jacket? Yes, declined
Were newspapers & menus distributed and meal orders taken (Please specify when meal orders were taken - on the ground or in the air)? Newspapers distributed on ground, menus (had to share) on ground. Meal orders taken on ground, not by status, front to back
Did crew offer a hot towel prior to the meal service? Yes
Approximately how long after take off did it take for the first meal service to be completed? (From takeoff to all items collected) Meal service 15 minutes after hot towels. 30 minutes total time. 2 hrs after take off nuts & drinks, 1 hour prior to landing Ben & Jerry's Vanilla ice cream & cookies
How was the quality of all the meals? Breakfast waffle was dry, ham and cheese filling somewhat edible, apple compote side was nice.
Did the cabin crew continiously top up the beverage of your choice throughout the flight? Yes

Captain informed us of an unusually steep ascent due to noise abatement, this was a nice heads up. Loved the Ben & Jerry's ice cream. This should be served on ALL AC flights in J. Don't ever get rid of the cookies, another nice treat and never refused. Thanks for allowing the summer upgrades
