Correct:

They first announced to commence service 3x weekly on August 25, then they postponed it to 3x weekly from September 1st, now its September 1st, but only once a week.

I was on LH 722 BJS FRA yesterday. Nice weather with good views over Mongolia, ca. 12 seats in C were empty. Dont know about F and Y.
