I feel that the value of CO gold continues to devalue and that they do not seem at all concerned about alienating us. Perhaps they feel they have a lock on the fortress hub members in EWR, IAH, SFO, CLE,and IAD to not believe that this is an issue of customer trust.
As to CO Insider, I hope that I am wrong but it is likely that we have seen the last of him! That is too bad.
