Yeah, it can be dangerous to reach for your stuff when the seat in front of you is not reclined b/c they might recline while you're looking in your bag. THAT can result in a concussion! And after they recline, forget about it! I have learned to grab all I need for the flight when I sit down and pray there's room on the side of the seat. I can't manage room for my laptop when they recline in front of me, so I'm appreciating the Direct TV, even if it IS right in my face!
