Perhaps I should clarify.

I know you cannot transfer airline to airline and that is not the question I am asking.

I am looking for a way to earn "pertinent" miles (aa, oneworld or something close to it) and/or convert AirMalta to something that can be converted to AA.

The webflyer tool (while awesome) does not provide a solution in this case.
