I flew LHR-CDG in BD's business class back in April. The seats were 2-3 and on the port side we had a little seatlet between us (maybe 10" wide?). Seat pitch was terrible.

But based on a very small sample, I don't believe there's much price difference between this and full economy.

And Northwest now has 34" seat pitch (same as AC in economy?) in its front cabin, domestically at least, so I guess we shouldn't be too surprised if AC goes that way in some future iteration of savings (or when business picks up and they "return" the J seats they're pulling out now -- I think NW added seats and reduced pitch). "But our Business Class seats still beat all other Canadian carriers for pitch" as they reduce J to 36".
