Unfortunately, in our current climate all concessions are made by labor while management, well they just manage to keep their own nests feathered. What would I do if I were AA management and I cared about the long term health of my company - I'd share in the pain. Is it any wonder that the FA's, who by the way only get paid for their time in the air not for pre or post flight work, are a little bit leery of signing on for a 6 year cut.
