That list has been put together by someone with no idea of UK geography. Langley is the part of Slough which is immediately on the west side of Heathrow Airport, and yet falls into "UK Other", and gets a low rate. But hotels there are served by the Heathrow Hoppa bus service from the airport, and charge airport rates.
The "Friendly bombs" quote about Slough is from one of Britain's finest poets, John Betjeman, about its urban sprawl in the 1930s. Nowadays it is better known as the setting for "The Office" with Ricky Gervais. We still regularly get comments about both.
