I've never used TripTracker and have no reason to in the future, but the wording make it sound like there could be a problem with your account at TripTracker or DM, not in the TripTracker/US interface. So I think I'd at least contact TripTracker to see what the problem is. Maybe it's something as simple as a typo when you were entering your US account info.

Added: Just looking over the Page Once website (the folks who wrote the app) it seems that US was blocking their access to US info prior to about the middle of August. For problems they recomment trying to get the info from US' website directly, Page Once's website, and the I phone app. If there are problems with either Page Once or the app getting access, they suggest deleting and re-entering the account info. If that doesn't solve the problem, contact their tech support by email - the address in on their website.
