I don't think your actions were in anyway inappropriate but that LX employee sure was out of bounds. The passenger also also but to what it seems in the end a lesser degree. An F seat for a pregnant person is more than enough. I've seen pregnant people in Y "suffer" mildly so she must have felt much more comfortable than they. It's good that you two got along in the end. I would send a note to LX about the behavior and how it's just not acceptable. Keep it simple. If they throw you miles/upgrade/discount than you're made more whole than I'd expect.
