I flew from YYZ to FRA in late July, I was very pregnant (gave birth on August 26th). Because of the length of the flight, I specifically chose to fly Business on AC (separate pod), I would have never expected the airline or the FA to do anything special for me! When you are pregnant and you decide to travel, that is your choice, you shouldn't expect other to accommodate you because of your condition! I did appreciate the help with putting my carry-on in the overhead bin, but being 5'2", that is normal for me And no I wouldn't give up my seat.
