I stayed at the hotel this past weekend, and had a lovely stay. One paid night, two free nights from the last promo. I had asked my Diamond rep about using a suite upgrade coupon for the stay---she was able to confirm it without problem.

i arrived quite early, around 11 am, but the desk found a suite for me. It was on a relatively low floor of the North tower. Seemed fine when I checked in, but it turned out to be quite noisy at night---lots of street noise.

When I passed the desk the next morning, I was asked how my stay was going---I told the truth about the noise, and was offered another room---an "08" suite in the south tower. It was larger than the original suite (2 baths), and had a wonderful view, comparable to the rooftop lounge.

All-in-all, a great stay. I took the bus/subway combo from YYZ and found it quite quick and easy.
