My 3 year old QC2's were a gift, and with a trip to Europe next week I wanted to upgrade if at all possible. Took the phones in to my local Bose outlet here in NC (Concord Mills just outside Charlotte). The very nice lady pulled out a notebook from under the counter, referred to a page in it and said, "sure, for $89.95 you can get the new QC15's." Took me about 3 seconds to lay my old set on the counter, 3 minutes for the transaction, and out I went with my new 15's.

Couldn't have been more pleased. Well done, Bose!
