Unfortunately, no. The Silver/Gold/OWS/OWE member must be on the same PNR as Blue members to select seats for them.

This isn't even possible for Gold members. All Gold members can do is link the two bookings to make sure that they will be seated together, but that implies ANYWHERE together.
