Check your facts. Those 65 orders have been placed BEFORE JAL filed for bankruptcy. Some (767 I believe) were undisclosed orders before Jan 19 2010 but JAL has not placed a single new order since then. In fact, JAL canceled all of the remaining 777-300ERs orders
