Maple Leaf lounge access. AC Super Elite/Elite have access when traveling on AC/ *A carrier (doesn't say it has to be int'l). Also, it specifically states at page bottom that US Club members are welcome when traveling AC/*A, with 1 (qualifying) guest.....
