On the T&E it did not say 1-time offer, only 1-day advance
Yes, you need to present BOTH card to be eligible
The T&C say designated local district, once I get the card I will call and check, which I need one on my 15 Sep Shanghai run anyway, it's really temping as well because under my current airport transport, it cost me HKD 140 one-way (HKD 90 taxi to Kowloon Station, then the half price Airport Express taxi-discount for Kowloon and Tsing Yi Station)
