If we are on the road at Tsawassen by 8:45, and must be at Sea-Tac that night ...say by 9PM at the latest... any recommendations as to what to do between the 2?

My thoughts were:
Bellingham/Fair Haven
Mt Hood Park
Snoq Falls

but am open to other ideas.
