Even that is not strictly handled in practice. My partner uses a first name in daily life that is derived in a non-obvious way from the two given names in the passport. This is also the name used on airline tickets, credit cards and the Senator card. There was never a problem to board a flight. Maybe a few times a comment, but never any problem.
