Sorry, I may be being thick here, but how do you get to that option?
Whether logged into EC or not, I click on 'Contact Us' at the bottom of each page on ba.com, then under Option 3 I choose the option 'Contact us to make a complaint' which causes me the pain.
There isn't an EC 'contact us' email form that I've seen, only telephone and postal address.
