Good afternoon.

I am FF on AF, but used to be FF with UA many years ago. Have kept my MP account alive through some flying now and then with *A and recently with QR, but have lost touch with procedures.

Am thinking of flying with AC CDG/YYZ/CDG, paying Y and upgrading to C with MP miles.

Can someone tell me in a few words (if this possible ) what the procedure is? Can this be done on-line? I have had a look at AC website, but found only info on upgrading with certificates or Aeroplan miles.
